COVID-19

The health and safety of my family, clients, and their families are my top priorities. My studio has always adhered to a strict protocol of frequent, rigorous cleaning and disinfecting. The studio is not open to the public and operates by appointment only.

In light of COVID-19 and other germs in our community, we have implemented additional measures:

• I wear medical-grade gloves (in newborn sessions).
• We pay attention to what we touch during the shoot, taking frequent breaks to sanitize our hands.
• The studio is professionally cleaned weekly. 
• We use hospital-grade disinfectants that are safe for newborns and children. 
• We conduct all client and internal meetings remotely and use the studio for photoshoots only.
• Clients remove shoes before entering the studio and are encouraged to use available hand sanitizer (60% ethanol and/or 70% isopropanol).
• NO SICK RULE: clients may not come to the studio or an outdoor session if they have any symptoms such as (but not limited to):
• Active cough or shortness of breath (even if it is allergies)
• Had a fever within the last ten days 
• Have any cold or flu-like symptoms 
• Exposed to a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 (without PPE equipment)
• We remain flexible and accommodating on refund and rescheduling arrangements.
• If I or anyone in my family (husband and/or two boys) have any illness, I will reschedule our session.
• The studio has a medical-grade air filtration system for a 1600 sq ft area (the studio is 500 sq ft). It removes pollen, mold, bacteria, smoke, carbon dust, and COVID as the filtration removes 99.9% of particles down to 0.1 microns (COVID is 0.1 micron)

We will continue to monitor the situation, implement best practices, and respond to your concerns and suggestions.
